The role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Applications Compliance and Process Improvement Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, as well as driving continuous process improvements within the IT Applications domain. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and ensure that all IT applications adhere to compliance standards.


  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and processes for IT applications to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT applications to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on compliance status, providing recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to compliance processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to IT staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensure that IT applications are aligned with these requirements.
  • Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance within the IT Applications team.


What you’ll bring;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT compliance, process improvement, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT applications.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Certification in compliance or process improvement (e.g., CISA, Six Sigma Black Belt).
    • Experience with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL.
    • Knowledge of risk management and internal control principles.
    • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
