Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. The IT Analyst will serve as a critical link between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that IT systems align with organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of IT systems, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help drive innovation and efficiency by developing, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions while fostering collaboration within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify business needs and trends. Simplify and present data in a way that is easily understood by non-IT staff.
• IT Solutions Implementation: Design, develop, and implement IT solutions to meet business requirements. Propose system modifications, develop and test software solutions, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on new systems and procedures. Equip team members with IT knowledge to effectively use technology throughout the organization.
• System Performance: Evaluate and troubleshoot system performance. Conduct regular system audits to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Documentation: Document IT systems, processes, and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Technical Support: Offer technical guidance to various teams within the organization.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
• Technology Monitoring: Stay updated on technological advancements to identify opportunities for company improvement and growth.

Qualifications, Education, Work Experience, and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent IT experience.
• Working knowledge of business systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages to support end-user reporting requirements.
• Understanding of Microsoft-based productivity software.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases and basic network configuration.
• Familiarity with IT hardware and software.
• Experience with C#, VB.net, JavaScript, JSON, and XML is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with technical projects and IT systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT professionals and non-technical stakeholders.
• Language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is desired but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise, heat, cold, and dust.
• Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
• Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).

• Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
• Effectively communicate in Business English language.
