Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.
- Provide first-level technical support to internal teams, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in deploying and configuring new systems and hardware (desktops, servers, network equipment, etc.).
- Monitor network and system alerts, responding promptly to potential issues.
- Document procedures, processes, and configurations for internal use.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Min. 2-4 years of experience as a IT System/Application/Support Administrator.
- Administer and Manage applications such as Microsoft Dynamic ERP and Kissflow
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer/Science/Technology or in a related field.
- In administrating and managing application such as Kissflow, Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau, Looker Cloud and similar apps.
- Knowledge of Windows Servers (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS, WSUS, RDS, Print Server, File Server).
- Experience in Google Workspace (G Suite), Okta, SailPoint IIQ Antivirus (Sentinel-one or Symantec EP protection)
Preferred certification
- MCITP/MSCE, MCSD or related certification
