This position is to support the following tasks while these tasks are performing by various technical associates which will impact the workload and efficiency of those technical associates.
What You'll Bring:
- Post High School qualification is required, and College Graduate or University Degree is an advantage
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Familiar with office productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to work independent and understand the business priorities
- Knowledge of IT operation process or project management is an advantage
Impact You'll Make:
- Oversee and performing administrative functions for the IT department
- Handle IT procurement (backend) process and keep track of IT inventories
- Responsible for vendor onboarding process and monthly Invoice consolidation from all Hardware & Telco vendors
- Process monthly vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance to consolidate the Operational Expense
- Assist in project management process and documentation, as well as following up audit/compliance tasks
- Organize meetings for internal and external stakeholders and provide assistance to On/Off boarding activities (e.g. third party risk management)
- Provide various regular and ad hoc reporting
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
