Job Description
We are seeking a candidate for the role of Investor Relations (IR) Specialist to join Allegro IR Team. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and gain valuable experience in the exciting area of investor communication.
In this role you will support the IR team in a broad range of activities related to investor communication and engagement.
What does this role involve:

You will be responsible for IR calendar management, organizing investor meetings and events and maintaining the investor relations CRM, tracking all IR activities

You will coordinate external website service provider in maintenance and updates to the allegro.eu IR website

You will contribute to the creation of content for investors and equity analysts

You will collect and process financial and operational data from various departments and external sources

This is the right job for you, if:

You have professional experience in a similar position or in an administrative role

You have a higher education degree (preferred faculties Economy / Finance)

You successfully organize your work and have continued improvement approach

You are interested in investor relations area / finance / capital markets

You possess highly developed interpersonal, communication skills

You are independent and take responsibility for your tasks

You feel comfortable coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously

You stand out for your resourcefulness, proactive attitude, attention to detail and organizational skills

You have practical knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint advanced)

You have a fluent command of the English and Polish language (C1/C2 level) - fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
