We’re ahead of a period of intense development and innovations, to make the programme even more attractive to our customers and to gain new ones, both in Poland, as well as in the new markets, in which we are now expanding to.
We’re currently looking for a Project Support Specialist who will join our team and support Allegro Smart! Activities in the Central European market as well as support building partnerships for all Smart markets.
What does this role involve

You will operationally support Allegro Smart! initiatives in the Central European markets

You will also take part in building new partnerships for Poland and other markets. The planned partnerships with external companies will be built to extend the Smart! value proposition to drive loyalty for Smart! and deliver enhanced value for our customers.

You will review the results of activities and recommend changes to improve their efficiency

You will be coordinating the implementation of particular activities focused on the Central European market within project team (Technology, Marketing, Commerce, Delivery Experience, Legal, CX and others business units)

You will be a part of the International Expansion and Partnerships Team in Smart! supporting Smart! expansion in Central Europe

This job is for you, if
-
You have at least 2-3 years of experience in project/product management within area of e-commerce, technology, retail/FMCG or similar
-
You have experience in cross-functional teams in fast changing and demanding environment, experience in international projects will be an advantage

You are data-driven person with strong analytical skills and you can draw conclusions and insights based on KPIs

You have an ambition to test and pilot innovative solutions and ideas

You are driven by performance and delivering results

You have experience in product/brand management or product owner in tech (experience in launching new product will be your added value)

You are proactive, communicative and collaborative

You have higher education (preferably in business areas)

You are fluent and precise in communication in English, and Polish
