Job Title: Investment Associate

Job Type: Full time 

Start Date: ASAP 

Reports To: Head of Investment

Scope: Support the Investments team in the process of sourcing, analysis, negotiation and closing of new deals. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research on target locations and demographics
  • Analysis of potential residential sub-markets
  • Undertaking pricing analysis
  • Sourcing of deal leads through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate teammate for further development and closure
  • Updating database with new deals/leads
  • Assist with the contract documentation process

Core Skills/Competencies:

  • Graduate with accounting, finance, real estate or relevant disciplines
  • Strategic-minded, detail oriented and strong quantitatively
  • Able to work independently and be part of a team
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Mid career switch with different background are welcomed
