About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Intern to assist our GTM team with Hume AI’s product positioning, messaging, and customer education. This role will be responsible for developing product collateral and product marketing content that drive adoption and awareness of our AI-powered voice solutions. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy and able to distill technical capabilities into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creation of marketing collaterals, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Lead thought leadership efforts on how businesses should adopt conversational AI, including blog posts, articles, and reports.
  • Drive product update communications—from major model launches to incremental feature releases.
  • Produce engaging integration demos, showcasing how Hume AI works with partners and external tools.
  • Develop customer success stories and partnership marketing initiatives with companies integrating Hume AI.
  • Create workshop and webinar content, ranging from product deep dives to industry trend discussions.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to enhance customer education through guides, tutorials, and onboarding materials.

Requirements

  • MBA from a top university with a technical background is strongly preferred.
  • A background in AI, voice technology, or conversational AI is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a similar role within AI, SaaS, or developer-focused products.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling and digestible marketing materials.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience in creating content for thought leadership and product education.
  • Experience developing video marketing content (e.g., integration demos, webinars) is a strong plus.
