Responsibilities:

You support the editing and posting of job advertisements in German and English

Furthermore, you screen the received applications in our online applicant management tool (Workday)

You help to coordinate the appointments of job interviews in the course of the applicant correspondence

In addition, you assist in the personnel processing of an international location, in particular with administrative processes along the employee life cycle and different HR projects

By working with us, you gain exciting insights into the wide range of tasks and processes in the HR department of an innovative and growing site
Qualifications:

You are currently studying in the field of economics, organizational psychology or a comparable course of study (ideally with a focus on human resources)

You are looking for an internship starting in May 2025

You are characterized by an independent, committed and reliable way of working and your strengths include a quick perception, good communication skills and trustworthiness

You feel confident in using Microsoft Office

Very good German and English skills complete your profile
