We are looking to a hire a People Business Partner  based in Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Greece, Croatia or Barcelona to oversee East Europe countries team's people functions.

ROLE SUMMARY

The People Business Partner will provide strategy and operational support that helps to identify areas of improvement, attract and develop the best talent, motivate and retain our collaborators as well as supporting the retail business to reach its goals within the assigned market. You will be leading a team of People Coordinators and Recruiters working together to achieve the goals of the business. Reporting to the People Retail Director.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT OF YOU?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management roles, with a focus on the retail industry.
  • Deep knowledge and experience working and managing teams and HR processes in Eastern Europe countries.
  • Experienced in store management positions in retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including the unique HR challenges and opportunities within the sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a positive and productive workplace.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with retail business goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willingness to travel is required.

AREAS OF ACTION:

  • TALENT ATTRACTION: Leading the recruitment team, defining the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the hiring and onboarding are efficient and adapted to the needs of the business and the different markets.
  • TRAINING & PERFORMANCE: To ensure we have a robust succession plan for key positions and retention plan for high potentials, as well as supporting in the evaluation of their teams. Analyze and promote training and development to improve competences and skills to support the strategy of the business.
  • EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: Provide support and solutions to retail leaders on people management, employee relations, conflict resolution & mediation matters. Be the ambassador of and spread the MANGO culture and values ensuring high levels of engagement from all retail team-members.
  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Participate and coordinate in the remuneration of retail team  ensuring compliance with internal policies and organizational structure. Identify opportunities for Compensation & Benefits models that mat respond to the market’s specific needs and characteristics.
  • PEOPLE ANALYTICS Y & ORGANIZATION: Analyze of People KPI´s metrics and detection of critical areas proposing and implementing actions of improvement. Propose and implement organizational changes that supporting the business strategy following the stablished policies. Participate in policies definition and strategic People projects, coordinating and implementing together with Internal Communication, Labour & Payroll, Health & Safety, Talent and Rewards.
