LightEdge is seeking an Internal IT and Systems Administrator to support our internal team out of the Kansas City office. This individual will work with a variety of systems to provide top of the line IT solutions within our internal systems. The Internal IT and Systems Administrator will work with end users to troubleshoot, provide support, provision equipment, answer questions, and be available to help with a variety of other tasks as the position requires.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Lightedge employees by responding to and accurately documenting all requests received through the Internal IT helpdesk
- Manage security software on workstations and servers
- Exercise sound judgment and escalate service requests and incidents as needed
- Manage O365 including new account creation and maintaining and assigning licensure
- Maintain employee equipment lifecycle including; procurement, inventory tracking, assignment, patching, repairing, installing/removing software, and disposal according to LightEdge policies
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Maintain documentation of asset destruction
- Manage ServiceNow including asset management, and employee access requests
- Actively participate in employee onboarding/offboarding processes by configuring assigned equipment in advance, setting new employees up for success and introduce them to accessing Lightedge systems and retrieving equipment when an employee departs
- Manage employee Identity and Access Management (IAM) according to the Access Control Policy and Role Based Access Control (RBAC) standards
- Perform timely hardware and software upgrades as required
- Adhere to Lightedge Change Control policies when making changes corporate IT Infrastructure
- Participate in LightEdge regulatory compliance audits
- Generate and prepare reports associated with the performance of information security controls
- Monitor events and alerts generated by information security and monitoring systems
- Maintain knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements
- Manage employee Citrix Sharefile access and permissions
Requirements
- Minimum of an associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience with an eagerness to learn
- One to three years of experience with general server, storage, network environments and general operations at an enterprise level
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Office 365 Administration
- Able to maintain professional demeanor under stress
- Experience with Patch Management strongly preferred
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to changes in technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for work in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail while also able to multitask and shift between priorities
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Products
