In this role, you will work with our Employee Experience Team & People Development Team to drive onboarding, engagement and employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement:
- Take full ownership of our engagement tool Personio Surveys and provide support for our internal customers across our engagement and experience touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support the team in analysing the results of our surveys from a qualitative and quantitative perspective.
- Develop resources such as slide decks, toolkits, and Confluence pages to communicate survey findings and engagement initiatives.
- Employee Experience:
- Support our team's initiatives such as the Culture Champion Program (creating communication materials, supporting the operations of the program), and the Awards program to create a great employee experience.
- Company Onboarding & Training Operations:
- Assist in the scheduling and organising of onboarding & training activities across all Personio offices, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
- Support with the presentation and delivery of orientation sessions, introducing new hires to Personio's culture, mission and values.
- Work with the People, Workplace & IT (PW&I) teams to ensure new hire paperwork and compliance documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with IT to help set up tools, systems and accounts for new hires.
- Be the face of onboarding on the ground in Munich 2x a month, serving as a main point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and providing guidance as they navigate their onboarding journey.
- Support the collection of survey and anecdotal feedback from new hires, hiring managers and our internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Flagship Event:
- Assist in the planning and execution of the Summer Sessions 2025, our yearly Flagship Event spanning over six offices.
- Provide on-site support during the events, managing registration desks, attendee queries, and troubleshooting.
- Create and analyse our post-event survey to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement in future sessions.
What you need to succeed:
- Interest in HR, OKRs, engagement and listening topics, and enjoy working with people and data.
- Previous experience with Canva is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and diligent in working with and interpreting data.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative.
- You approach things proactively and in a solution-oriented manner.
- You are able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You find a good balance between independent work and teamwork.
- Fluency in English.
