The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio
We are more than a support team. We enable the rapid but sustainable growth of Personio and ensure the financial health and legal stability of the organization. Become part of our constantly growing finance team and take Personio's accounting to a best-in-class level with us! We build lean and scalable accounting processes and ensure Personio's financial stability.
Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Participation in the optimization of processes in the area of digitization and automation as well as their documentation
- Checking, approving and pre-assigning expenses, travel costs and card transactions
- Preparing expenses for reimbursement
- Support in processing tickets (internal support and supplier support)
- Master data maintenance
- Posting supplier invoices
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- Good analytical skills and very confident with MS Office / Google Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Fluent in written and spoken English & basic Spanish is a plus.

Salary:
- Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
- Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month
