Position Overview... The FDC Engineer role is an outstanding opportunity to join our outstanding team in Taiwan. You will be at the forefront of advancing our technology, working in a collaborative environment that values your input and expertise. Together, we determine and implement strategies that ensure our products compete successfully in the global market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fault detection and classification (FDC) algorithms to improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strictly monitor and improve process performance.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support and training to ensure flawless execution of FDC methodologies.
- Document and report on FDC projects and results to collaborators.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with machine learning and data analytics tools.
- Familiarity with semiconductor process equipment.
- Certification in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
