Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are crucial to our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and improving process conditions and technology.
- Upgrading process capability and reducing production costs.
- Establishing and modifying process management projects.
- Setting up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluating, promoting, and planning new equipment and materials.
- Conducting abnormal analysis and implementing improvements.
In addition, you will be tasked with:
- Reviewing and approving process changes and tool releases.
- Monitoring CPM and reviewing report quality for each change.
- Ensuring all GCP classification correctness and timely alignment with global standards.
- Reviewing SWR and monitoring trigger rules.
- Auditing RACB execution and monitoring.
- Acting as the F11 change management representative for audits and global requests.
- Being accountable for global change management PKI CPM, TTA, IDR, and successful conversion.
- Ensuring zero excursions from conversion or tool releases.
- Managing fab attributes effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in semiconductor process engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with process change management and tool release review.
- Familiarity with global change management practices.
