- Establish and improve process Bevel/backside condition and technology.
- Upgrade Bevel/Backside process capability to meet ambitious targets.
- Establish and modify process management projects for Bevel/Backside top-down and bottom-up improvement, ensuring flawless execution.
- Set up Bevel/Backside metrics for Bevel/BS health defense line improvement, using proven strategies.
- Focus on regular analysis and teamwork with RDA to find solutions, following standard methodologies.
