✅ Is that you?
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or fintech
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, ScrumBan, or SAFe), backlog management, and prioritization techniques
- Proficiency in BA tools, including Azure DevOps, Jira, and spreadsheets
- Excellent skills in facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and complex stakeholder management
- Ability to write clear, concise ticket descriptions with well-structured acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of estimation techniques and ability to challenge and improve existing practices
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Experience with banking transactions and ACH payment processing
- Scrum Master experience
- Experience mentoring business and technical teams
- Basic SQL skills for querying and analyzing data
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll help drive the success of an exciting, high-speed fintech project. You’ll be a crucial link between product and tech teams, managing the backlog, supporting Agile ceremonies, and ensuring alignment of business and technical goals.
- Manage the product backlog with the PO, defining priorities and translating them into actionable requirements
- Write clear, concise ticket descriptions with structured acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager and Architect to align on goals and ensure smooth communication
- Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and resolve queries
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement and planning sessions
- Drive process improvements to boost team accountability and velocity
- Streamline workflows and improve estimation practices for enhanced efficiency
- Create documentation to ensure alignment among teams and stakeholders
