The Role
- The insurance administrator will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:
- Handle inbound calls
- Allocate incoming and outgoing e-mails to various departments
- Process various administrative tasks such as issuing insurance certificates, processing cancellations and handling broker correspondence
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients and brokers with inquiries, providing information about insurance products
and coverage, and addressing concerns or issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Maintain organized and up-to-date records of policies and related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate efficient retrieval of information when needed;
- Apply strong organization and time management skills to capture and maintain accurate records, efficiently handle tasks and meet KPI’s and SLA’s
Person specification
- Proficient level of German and English.
- Provide excellent interpersonal skills to establish a positive rapport with clients.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to correctly identify issues and determine the most effective solution
- Adhere to a company’s policies and procedures when interacting with customers
- Stay up-to-date regarding company’s products, services and policies by attending training sessions
