Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales targets and goals are met, including revenue, units, market share, and performance goals.

  • Develop and complete sales strategies in the assigned territory.

  • Engage with key customers such as Health Care Professionals, Researchers, Clinical Researchers, diagnostic laboratory medicine departments, pathology departments, medical schools, and service providers.

  • Present products and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong customer partnerships and key account relationships.

  • Continue to receive training and improve skills to provide customers with ongoing high-quality support.

  • Collect and apply all necessary market information.

  • Foster and maintain positive connections with both internal and external collaborators.

  • Communicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly business reviews and other communication vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, biology, or other relevant fields.

  • More than 6 years of sales experience or related experiences in the relevant industry.

  • Sales experience in livestock-related research institutes will be a strong advantage.

  • Sales experience in the Medical Devices or Healthcare industry will be a strong advantage.

  • Good business communication skills in Korean and English.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Good personal relationships with an active personality.

  • Good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
