Shift: Night Shift..Need to be at shift till 3PM EST as this role requires collaboration with US Counter on East, Central and Pacific Coasts. 
Job Summary
The Instructional Content Specialist supports the development and implementation of customer learning programs, including Veeva submissions, platform implementation, and content localization/translation. Responsibilities include managing training content on learning platforms (Intuitive Learning, ISU, Seismic), troubleshooting technical issues, tracking translation requests, and collaborating with content developers and administrators. This role designs and develops engaging training materials (eLearning, videos, blended learning) using tools like Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Microsoft Office while ensuring quality through peer reviews and SME feedback. The position also focuses on process improvements, content evaluation, and operational efficiency in instructional design.
Required Skills and Experience
• 2-4 yrs. relevant professional experience
• Comprehensive experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, assessments, and blended learning solutions
• Demonstrated application of adult learning theory, analysis tools and processes, and evaluation methods
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple development projects and deadlines, and adapt to project changes
• Experience working and collaborating with SMEs and other Instructional Designers to create content solutions
• Ability to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templates
• Must provide work samples and/or portfolio
Required Education and Training
• Minimum college degree required
• Software proficiency required:
o Articulate Rise 360
o Articulate Storyline
o Camtasia
o MS Office (Word, Power-Point, Excel, Teams)
