We’re looking for Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead who will own and develop the relationship with FMCG clients partnering with a retailer. You will manage a portfolio of clients to deliver the most relevant dunnhumby insights and solutions and to drive customer driven value creation through collaboration between the retailer and the supplier that builds a better shared understanding of their customers and delivers mutual growth. 

Please note that this is a ’12 month contract’ role.

  • Building great relationships with new and existing client stakeholders, establishing trust and becoming a true partner
  • Coach and train new clients on the tools and services
  • Consultative approach to selling, identifying needs and selling appropriate solutions
  • Great collaboration with colleagues
