Inside Sales Representative
Salary - $50k plus Commission and Bonuses!
Location – Fort Lauderdale, FL
In Office Not Remote
ARS / Fortress is building a team of inside sales representatives, to sell financial products in the debt / financial industries.
We're Seeking:

  • Great communicators, verbally and written.
  • Money motivated competitors.
  • Driven self-starters.
  • Highly organized.
  • Great at customer service and follow up.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Attending 3 to 4 conferences per year.
  • Able to quickly learn new skills.
  • Great at working to achieve set goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Properly qualify leads.
  • Strong understanding of linked-in for sales leads.
  • Actively listen and understand customers’ needs to properly overcome objections.
  • Find “pain” points for perspective clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in a CRM system – Salesforce.
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales quota.
  • Virtual presentations to customers.
  • Consistent and persistent follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude: A positive attitude and confident demeanor can help build rapport with customers and overcome objections.
  • Self-motivation: A successful phone salesperson is driven to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong Communication skills: The ability to communicate with customers clearly and effectively over the phone is crucial in this role.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills: An ideal candidate should be able to effectively persuade and negotiate with customers to close sales.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing customer needs, trends, and customer offerings is important in this role.
  • Performance-driven mindset: The ideal candidate should have a track record of achieving sales goals and be motivated by results.
