Inside Sales Representative II

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time – Remote

Preferred Job Location: Italy

Key Responsibilities:

Foster positive relationships by making daily outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers at all levels and functions to promote/sell Contract Services.

  • Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass your objectives.

  • Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate account, lead, and opportunity data. Analyze and handle forecasts and sales funnel.

  • Conduct sales calls, encouraging long-term relationships with both new and existing customers via phone or video conferencing.

  • Prepare, review, and follow up on tailored sales quotes/ contract services for your assigned region.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Over 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role.

Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a bonus.

  • Strong communication, with a talent for relationship-building and customer engagement.

  • A passion for collaboration and the ability to handle projects in a collaborative environment, delivering outstanding customer service.
