Veriforce is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and proactive Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in both French and English. This role is ideal for someone interested in working in a fast-paced environment within a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in an expanding industry.

Successful candidates will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintain a commanding presence on the phone, and be able to clearly articulate the Veriforce value proposition and program details. The candidate must be well-organized and comfortable making a high volume of phone calls to pre-qualified leads, tracking activities and tasks in Salesforce, and securing accounts.

  • You have excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
  • You will partner closely with your Inside Sales colleagues, as well as other internal partners as you develop a thorough understanding of our products, benefits and future enhancements.
  • You will learn a diverse set of technology tools to support your win rate.
  • You will maintain accurate and up to date information in Salesforce.
  • You will prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively.
  • You bring a sense of fun to work every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails
  • Close sales and achieve regular quotas
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects and opportunities
  • Build your pipeline
  • Have a strong phone presence
  • Nurture and build relationships with customers

Your Qualifications

  • High School degree
  • 1 – 2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of success with meeting and exceeding quota
  • Consistent record of providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce is a plus
