Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory via different channels to market.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence by creating more daily touchpoints with customers to better penetrate underperforming accounts/market segments.

Regularly engage with existing and potential customers to discuss needs, promote products, and secure orders for Eppendorf America products through remote communications.

Conduct virtual demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of products. Educate customers and prospects on the use and advantages of our solutions.

Engage with distribution partners: develop joint go to market strategies, provide training to enhance their ability to demonstrate and sell Eppendorf products effectively. Motivate and assist distributor sales teams to enhance the sales volume of Eppendorf products.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, detailing sales activities, progress against goals, and potential risks.

Utilize CRM tool to maintain accurate company data, customer files, distributor lists and forecast information. Actively follow-up on and process sales leads generated from trade shows, marketing campaigns, and other sources.

Submit required reports and documentation to supervisors in a timely manner, such as time sheets, expense reports, and market feedback.

Gather customer feedback and market intelligence, and communicate this information to the product and marketing teams to help shape future product developments and marketing strategies.

Work closely with product specialists, internal stakeholders to meet product line goals.
Your expertise

Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent work experience

Bilingual (written and verbal) communication in French is preferred
