The job

As an Inside Sales Representative you are the first point of contact for our potential customers, by telephone, chat and email. You are also responsible, together with our Sales Executives and Product Specialists, for bringing in potential customers. You assess and handle all incoming leads and are responsible for the entire sales process for our smaller customers, from the first customer contact to guiding the (potential) customers and preparing quotations. You are enthusiastic about digitization and security and you take our (potential) customer or partner into the world of Signhost . Your enthusiasm convinces them to start a collaboration with us. As an Inside Sales Representative, you work closely with our Sales Executives and Product Specialists, ensure the right follow-up and, of course, do everything you can to ensure that the deal is eventually closed. A real commercial position in which you get the space to learn and you directly contribute to the (international) growth of Signhost!

What we’re looking for

  • You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree and you are fluent in English, Dutch and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • You like to explore through your expertise and enthusiasm and you easily establish collaborations;
  • You have just graduated, have some commercial experience and are looking for a dynamic working environment with varied work activities;
  • You are verbally strong, have the goodwill on the phone and are able to connect the right colleagues based on customer needs;
  • You would like to learn more about recruiting potential new customers and expanding the existing network
  • Affinity with IT / SaaS is an advantage.

The Entrust Workflow Signing and ID Proof Solutions

Signhost is the Entrust Workflow Signing Solution for electronic signing and digital identification based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. These two solutions are each offered in dedicated products: 

  • Signhost: Electronic signing solution for digital contracts through APIs, mobile apps, or a web portal. 
  • ID Proof: Online ID and Passport Verification to digitally verify identities of employees, clients, or others, via a mobile app.

This is achieved by facilitating the simple and quick signing of digital documents with legal safeguards.
