We are seeking a highly experienced and energetic Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a successful background in Sales Management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve departmental goals.
Schedule:
Available to work a mid-schedule such as 10 am – 6:30 pm or 11 am – 7:30 pm EST Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Sales strategies and procedures to maximize lead to sale Conversion while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Manage a team of Sales Agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the Sales team, implementing measures to improve productivity and success.
- Review and evaluate Sales calls for accuracy, determining appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Communicate with potential customers regarding their Sales experience with our Team and overall satisfaction of Sales Agent interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Sales activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and customer service, to resolve complex or escalated customer issues.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Sales, implementing new strategies or technologies as needed to improve efficiency and results.
- Prepare regular reports on Sales activities, presenting data and insights to upper management.
- Lead a team of customer focused and highly performing Inside Sales Representatives with enthusiasm and integrity.
- Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions with direct reports to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets.
- Create and foster a productive achievement-oriented team environment.
- Assess and monitor agent interactions with customers via phone and email.
- Achieve or exceed sales Goals.
- Motivate and maintain high morale and culture of success.
- Provide coaching and ongoing training to agents to develop closing skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce a plus) and call center platforms (Five9 a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to sales and market place challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate great levels of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision or management role.
- Prefer BA/BS; High School Diploma or GED required.
- Background in meeting and exceeding sales goals as both a leader and individual a must.
- Proven track record of developing sales talent.
- Stable, relevant work history.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Available to work a mid-schedule such as 10 am – 6:30 pm or 11 am – 7:30 pm Monday through Friday and weekends when needed.
