Job Description

Summary:

The Inside Sales Northeast General Representative will work closely with Inside Sales Account Managers and Regional Sales Manager to promote the sales and education of Axis Communication products with assigned accounts.

This position will report to the Inside Sales Team Lead/Manager.
 

What you will do here as an inside sales account manager:

· Support the inbound call center from 9-5pm

· Support online chat for a portion of the day.

· Educate and build relationships within distribution.

· Follow up on leads via phone and email, track productivity daily in Salesforce.

· Identify high potential prospects and transition when appropriate to the sales team.

· Utilize various resources to prospect potential leads.

· Regularly execute outbound calls and emails for marketing campaigns

· Help drive attendance/registration for sales/marketing initiatives and events.

· Assist Inside Sales Account Managers with administration of AXIS Temp Loan Program

· Achieve or exceed individual activity metrics.

· Work closely with outside regional sales managers and collaborate on strategies.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related area

· 0-2+ years in sales or marketing position

Salary Range:

$58,000 - $70,500 OTE (based on education, experience)
