What we offer
The (Sr.) Innovation Product Stewardship Manager is to manage all the activities relating tasks of product stewardship, covering five TPU sites by assuring globally consistent implementation, efficient execution and continuous improvement of the respective processes as the APAC role.
Provide administrative and innovation support activities for supervisors and/or departments to facilitate an efficient operation of the organization and its related areas.
Major tasks:
1. Excellent organization and coordination of high complexity meeting crossing APAC Sub-Innovation groups (Taiwan, Japan, India and China sites) and committee members regarding the implantation of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) relevant tasks as the APAC owner.
2. Define and establish the vision, concept and procedure of the respective PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) for APAC, and constantly harmonize and optimize the processes with DOR (Germany) team.
3. Detailed knowledge of administration tasks and broad understanding of certification in APAC (bluesign, BIS India, UL V0, Bio-mass ISCC, GMP, new registration of new CAS no.).
4. Gather feedback and proactive tracking of action lists and open items with relevant subject with PSRA (Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs) (Grades harmonization with different raw materials, additives, and compounding relevant subjects…etc.).
5. Management and monitoring of local and regional materials registration to match up countries’ requirement including the marketability to product export and import.
6. Providing the training and supervising other administrative support functions in terms of product stewardship.
7. Assist Head of TPU Innovation APAC for tracking enrollment R&D activities to ensure the progress remains on track with TPU APAC commitments.
8. Capable of managing multiple tasks, working effectively and interfacing directly with customers if needed, and providing timely results to assure to quality of products shipped to customers (e.g China, India or Japan customers).

1. Support business development with sales team in several regions, such as Taiwan, China and Vietnam including Japan.
2. Coordinate, support and implement Core 46 in local procedure including assist the audit.
3. Reinforce the coordination among departments, regions and operation needs.
4. LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) owner in APAC.
5. Owner for APAC of Global tracking list in terms of update.

3. Different regionals of RD team (Dormagen, Shenzhen, Cuddalore, Japan).

1. Customers.
2. Testing agency, and government officer relating the product administration.
What you offer
Qualifications:
• Master or Ph D. in Business Administration with focus on Scientific area (e.g. Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Chemistry or closely related fields).
• Detailed IT knowledge and a deep understanding of computer science.
• Knowledge of respective chemistry, processing, structure property relationship.
• Solid project management skills.
• English: fluent (speaking and writing).
• High sensitivity with confidential matters.
• Computer skills (e.g. MS Office and lab-specific software).
• Several years of working experience on a similar position.
