Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Vacation’s influencer and VIP marketing strategy across organic, paid, and VIP initiatives. You will oversee the influencer strategy and execution, campaign performance, and budget management while working closely with the Community Management, as well as our Marketing Operations, Sales, Events, Partnerships, and Growth Marketing teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing relationships with agencies and tastemakers, ensuring impactful brand activations that support product launches, partnerships, and brand reputation.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams, manage external agencies and vendors, and optimize influencer-driven campaigns across multiple platforms to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Marketing
    • Define the overall influencer marketing strategy and build best practices; owning partner identification, campaign execution, and reporting
    • Collaborate with Community Management, Sales, Growth Marketing, Brand, Operations, Marketing Operations, and PR teams to seamlessly implement a fully integrated strategy
    • Supervise the internal team responsible for conducting daily outreach
    • Build CRM-style systems  
    • Lead contracting and deal creation 
    • Manage agency relationships
    • Lead creative on speciality gifting programs 
  • Budgeting & Reporting
    • Allocate budgets effectively to support key brand moments and ensure impact to business objectives
    • Contract creators for retail partnerships and product/brand partnerships 
    • Manage external UGC vendors to brief campaigns, ensure ROI, and manage reporting on progress
    • Manage and further develop gifting suite strategy and budget 
    • Communicate KPIs with broader team weekly and ongoing, developing systems for tracking and reporting
  •  Affiliate Marketing
    • Optimize our presence on affiliate platforms, working closely with the VP of Growth Marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant influencer marketing experience
  • Experience working as a part of a fully remote team
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Experience setting and executing influencer marketing strategies 
  • Well-versed across key social channels including Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Adept in reporting and providing insights to management about paid and organic campaigns 
  • Well-versed in utilizing  influencer management platforms (Tagger, Grin, Dash Hudson, etc) and Shopify for building/tracking influencer performance and gifting (discount creation, impressions, ROAS, etc)
  • Solid understanding of different PR and influencer marketing techniques and best practices
  • On the pulse of all things lifestyle, social media, nostalgia and skincare
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Assertive in your communication style
  • Excited to grow Vacation® into a household name and have fun in the process
