Position Overview: Lead and support a team of pricing solution, data science, and technical consultants implementing Revionics price optimization solutions in the Retail space. Facilitate and contribute to development of a quality project schedule, actively monitor project progress against plan and budget, and proactively implement corrective actions when deviations are identified. Critical to the effectiveness of this role is a high degree of competency at communication, establishing relationships, and managing customer expectations effectively.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with customers that exemplify trust, collaboration, and partnership.
- Facilitate the project planning process and capture the output in a Microsoft Project-based project schedule.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address deviations from plan working in close collaboration with your project teammates.
- Ensure project delivery and work package outputs meet established quality standards.
- Communicate to the stakeholder community on the overall status of the project and the state of critical issues and risks. Surface and manage to resolve project escalations as they occur.
- Exercise and facilitate tight project scope discipline and change control.
- Maintain ownership and management of the fiscal health of the project. Perform budget tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
- Drive achievement of customer’s project objectives. Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Manage medium to large-scale projects independently.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Five plus years in software implementation project management. Professional Services/consulting experience required. Experience in the Retail industry preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required. Business or Computer Science preferred.
- Certifications: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Prince2 certification, or equivalent professional training required.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management processes and tools. Microsoft Project or comparable project schedule management tool experience required.
- Facilitation skills and experience required. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills as well as written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are also required.
- Bilingual: Spanish required
- Travel Requirements: 25% depending on project assignments. Must be able to travel throughout North America and Central/South America to visit customer sites.
