We are seeking a Principal Solution Train Engineer to join our LATAM Digital Transformation team. This key role will be based in LATAM locations (Buenos Aires, Mexico City, São Paulo, Santiago) or Cary, NC (Global Technology Operations Campus) .
What you will do in this role:

  • Lead LATAM's digital transformation initiatives through Solution Train execution, coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across countries
  • Drive large-scale modernization programs, including cloud migration and API transformation
  • Orchestrate solution-level events (PI Planning, Solution Train Sync) to align multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology leaders across LATAM
  • Guide teams in optimizing delivery through SAFe practices and principles
  • Manage complex dependencies and drive continuous improvement across multiple programs
  • Lead executive-level communication and strategic alignment
  • Coordinate between regional and global transformation initiatives


To help you succeed, you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in technology/program management roles
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
  • Proven experience leading large-scale agile transformations
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience working with distributed, multi-cultural teams
  • Expertise with agile tools and methodologies
  • Fluent in English and Spanish


And it will be a plus if you:

  • Have Portuguese language proficiency
  • Understand financial services industry
  • Have experience with cloud and modernization initiatives
