Job Description

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to directly manage the onboarding of all new clients onto BlueOptima and ensure continuous delivery of high quality data to recurring customers. Based in Guadalajara, the Implementation Manager will own the onboarding of small and medium enterprises to BlueOptima, working collaboratively with the Sales and Customer Success teams, while providing constant feedback to the Product and Engineering functions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Directly manage the onboarding of new clients onto BlueOptima, planning the overall timeline and setting expectations
  • Support clients in installation and configuration of the BlueOptima platform
  • Ensure consistency in delivery, reducing the onboarding time and enabling account stability
  • Managing and improving customer experience during the onboarding phase
  • Train and onboard system administrators to independently manage the system
  • Support the rollout of new features from the engineering function

● Experience working directly with clients, preferably in an administrative setting.
