About the team
The Professional Servies team sits within the Identity & Fraud EMEA division working closely with a wide range of stakeholders: New Business; Customer Success & Product. Working In partnership with our Sales Teams we bring customer relevant solutions to our sales process through requirements gathering, Implementation, demos, training, thought leadership and facilitations
The role
The role of the Implementation Executive provides support and guidance to our clients as well as supporting the Implementation Consultants team.
You will use your ability and expertise to ensure that Customer training needs are met as well as assisting the wider Implementations Teams with tasks such as Training, Reporting, Batching, Admin, Implementation support and documentation.
What you will do
- Configuration, Setup, Implementation and support of new and existing GBG ID&F customers
- Provide support to ensure that customers get the most out of the products and services they are using
- Training and education for customers about GBG products and assist customers to understand how to use our products to cover their business needs
- Build strong relationships with the Sales team, Professional Services Team, Product Teams and others
- Support the Implementations team with tasks such as Report building, Documentation & processing batches
- A confident worker, comfortable with working alone and as part of a wider team
- Experience running and conducting product demonstrations
- Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivator that thrives in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent presentation skills and comfortable delivering presentations/training to groups of people
- Excellent Organisational skills
