The Opportunity:
CACI is currently looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our Integrated Food Management System (IFMS) team that supports a purpose-built food distribution management system for the USDA’s Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR).
This position will be responsible for gathering business requirements from product owners, working with developers to design an effective solution, and performing functional testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in business writing, specifically authoring test plans and scripts, and documenting business requirements.
This role will work closely with the client and technical resources, including developers and administrators. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, innovative design, and creating quality products is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) of IFMS for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform the day-to-day functions of the Business Process team, including requirements gathering, solutioning, user story creation and decomposition, and unit test plan creation
- Use Agile methodology to manage the product backlog and assist in sizing and prioritizing change requests with the client and end users
- Plan and conduct meetings with the client to discuss business solution options and receive concurrence
- Use creative thinking to resolve complex issues that may require adapting existing processes
- Work with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Create and maintain data flow and process diagrams for existing and new features and applications
- Create visual mockups of solutions to review with the internal and external stakeholders and perform demos of in-process work
- Coordinate and assist in data setup for testing, training, and production environments
- Facilitate the successful, on-time completion of technical solutions through the Sprint process
Qualifications:
Required:
- BS/BA degree and 3+ years of experience in a software business analyst role
- 1+ years of experience in a Salesforce environment
- 1+ years of experience in an Agile environment
- Knowledge in Atlassian Jira and Confluence or equivalent tool
- Works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, including providing guidance to team members
- Strong interpersonal communication, written communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively with users, clients, and project management
- Ability to obtain Public Trust
- Must be U.S. citizen
Desired:
- Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud
- SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent
- Salesforce Administrator certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$57,500-$117,900
