Are you passionate about Identity and Access Management and ready to take on a pivotal role in advancing our Microsoft EntraID environment? Pax8 is looking for an experienced IAM Architect to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Zero Trust Program.
About the Role: As an IAM Architect at Pax8, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Security Architecture. Your primary focus will be on maturing our Microsoft EntraID environment. You will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions, managing access controls, and ensuring security compliance. Your role will involve close collaboration with our tech services and security teams to troubleshoot IAM issues and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts. Additionally, you will architect an Identity Governance Program to enhance our security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft EntraID.
- Implement Zero Trust controls and manage access controls.
- Ensure security compliance and device compliance.
- Collaborate with tech services and security teams to troubleshoot IAM issues.
- Implement RBAC concepts and architect an Identity Governance Program.
- Integrate Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions with IAM.
- Provide excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex IAM concepts.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least four years of experience working with Microsoft Identity, including EntraID.
- Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles, Device Compliance, MDM integrations, and Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to dig deep into existing infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $135,000 to $165,000 or more depending on experience.
