Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Global Infrastructure Analyst (Identity) with 2-3 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the optimization and security of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong technical foundation to drive operational improvements and ensure the seamless integration of IAM solutions across both internal and external IT ecosystems.

The position offers a hybrid work setup, requiring 6 days per month in the office, with the first two months dedicated to onsite training and onboarding. Additionally, this role requires working in APAC shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives to improve IAM processes, boosting operational efficiency and enhancing the user experience.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM systems with existing IT infrastructure.
• Manage IAM help desk tickets, resolving login and access issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvements, including role definitions and automated workflows, to enhance IAM services.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO) across enterprise applications.
• Conduct regular reviews of user access rights and assist with compliance audits and forensic analysis.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with IAM standards, particularly for internal and external audits.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers process for client identity onboarding and offboarding.
• Execute IAM system changes while adhering to change management protocols to ensure system stability and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and access-related issues efficiently.
• Administer and optimize SailPoint, OnPrem AD, and Entra ID systems.
• Collaborate with help desk and support teams to resolve complex IAM issues.
• Maintain and update IAM documentation to reflect any changes in configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Experience:

• Education: A degree in IT or a related discipline. Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Experience:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with IAM, Active Directory, and Entra ID in hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with IAM tools and systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows Servers, and NTFS permissions.
  • Knowledge of VMware, Azure, and SailPoint platforms is desirable.
