Lexmark is looking for an experienced identity and access management technology professional who can work with people globally, knows technology, build processes, and can engineer a solution to help keep Lexmark and its people secure. This individual will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers of IAM applications, including authorization/authentication and account creation/management/provisioning.
This individual will work with various security and project teams to make sure policies and controls are implemented and operationalized. They will also be responsible for engineering and developing various identity and access management initiatives at Lexmark. This person will be responsible for working with the Network and IAM Operations to balance security and operational concerns. They must have a strong ability to communicate and balance competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing controls and securing enterprise information systems by developing, testing and reviewing identity requirements and technology solutions.
- Build and develop connectors between SaaS and on-prem applications with identity management tools.
- Prepare and review solution architecture and other identity and access management technical documents.
- Participate and validate security intelligence and assess solutions around identity and access management tools.
- Validate infrastructure and other reference architectures for security best practices and recommend changes to enhance identity and access management or security and reduce risks, where applicable
- Educate and train staff on identity and access management best practices by being an advocate
- Assist IAM operation teams during incident response or business continuity scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field with 3+ years of Information Technology experience
- Program and project management skills using Agile development framework
- Understanding of identity governance, privileged access management, and role-based access concepts using cloud platforms
- Excellent programming and scripting knowledge using Python, Powershell, and other languages
- Understanding of user-lifecycle management and directory services
- Excellent organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Certifications:
- CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CCSP: Certified Cloud Security Professional
- Comptia + (Security +, CYSA+, Network+)
