About the Role:
Are you passionate about understanding consumers and driving data-led decisions? Join our Ice Cream Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in market research, consumer behavior analysis, and business strategy. This role will give you exposure to real-world data, insights generation, and collaboration with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to shape the future of our ice cream portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the CMI team in analyzing consumer, shopper, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Assist in managing and interpreting market research data, including Nielsen, Kantar, and social listening tools.
• Conduct desk research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for brand teams.
• Help in designing and analyzing consumer surveys, focus groups, and online communities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Innovation, Sales) to translate insights into business actions.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings in a clear, compelling way.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging consumer behaviors, and market shifts.

Who You Are:
• A 3rd or 4th year University student
• Curious, analytical, and passionate about understanding consumer behavior.
• Strong in data interpretation and storytelling with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Experience with market research tools (Nielsen, Kantar, Brand Tracking) is a plus but not required.
