Reports to: IC - CBD Technologies& Transformation Manager

Location: Umraniye

Job Summary: Ice Cream Customer Business Development Technologies & Transformation Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the digital transformation agenda for CBD (Customer Business Development / Sales) teams, deploying new technologies and processes, maintaining and improving the tools and platforms used by the CBD teams, and enhancing ways of working through collaboration with digital ecosystem. This role acts as a bridge between CBD and IT teams, leads the Business Intelligence agenda, manages annual CBD Technologies and Transformation budget planning.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve tools and platforms used by CBD teams for operations. Deploy new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement improvements in ways of working for CBD through collaboration with external digital ecosystem, especially startups. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Serve as the first point of contact for CBD teams regarding platform issues. Lead the Business Intelligence agenda in collaboration with data and analytics experts. Plan and manage the annual budget for CBD technologies & transformation team. Oversee Digital Demand Capture and Route-To-Market projects to drive digital transformation. Lead the automation agenda to save time and effort by utilizing tools such as Power-Automate, RPAs, and other AI-based solutions. Manage the devices used by field force members and distributors to ensure optimal performance and support.
 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in technology management, preferably within a CBD or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of tools and platforms used in CBD operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated skills and capabilities in analytical thinking & complex problem solving,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency In Written & Spoken English & Turkish
  • Being eager to work closely with multinational teams and also with top management,

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with startups and new technologies.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and data analytics.
  • Project management certification
  • Experience in budget planning and financial management.
