The Hyperscale Project Coordinator provides administrative oversight of project metrics field personnel scheduling, assignments, project quality controls and associated project/labor analytics requirements. The Hyperscale Project Coordinator supports the Project Managers and Project Controls team members with regional site deliverables, project controls innovation, and general project management coordination duties.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow safe work practices and company/client worksite policies.
  • Promotes E2 Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture.
  • Project Controls member - attends project controls meetings to ensure incorporation of latest project controls measures are being implemented and utilized by local site project management.
  • Supports program/project managers, project controls and superintendents with collecting, processing, analyzing and summarizing data/metric reports along with day-to-day tasks.
  • Engages regional team to identify project controls areas of improvement. Proposes and assists in development and implementation for accurate and efficient practices.
  • Creates meeting plans, agendas, records minutes and follow up on meeting deliverables.
  • Provides reporting support to the program and project manager to create, analyze and maintain project forecasts, manpower forecasts, staffing pipeline and project performance.
  • Provide site observation reports, project quality assurance and addresses issues with P6 Master Scheduler, Project Cost Controller, Site Superintendent, and Project Managers.
  • Supports project managers with pre-project and post-project data analysis. Following up with project manager and controls with proposed solutions to ensure project performance health.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external contacts.
  • Directly addresses project controls issues with immediate resolution/coordination when necessary.
  • Assists project cost controls in supporting corporate accounting tracking of GMP expenses.
  • Assists P6 Master Scheduler in hours/cost analysis and provides active project data quality controls analysis support to Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Superintendent.
  • Assists project controls in driving project controls, project quality and management innovations.
  • Performs activities related to vendor and distributor invoices, analyzing quality controls issues, etc.
  • Assists integration of remote and local project controls scheduling duties with weekly coordination and responsibilities between project controls and project management team.
  • Oversees collection and maintenance of required project documents related to project controls, project management and project quality controls activities.
  • Performs activities related to project quality controls implementation, review and improvement.
  • Coordinates updated project documentation quality controls standards with project managers.
  • Assist in project planning and drive implementation of project quality controls standardization.
  • Supports project managers with project controls day-to-day and weekly project data analysis.
  • Provides project controls training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel as needed.
  • Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2.

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Read, write, and understand English, bilingual is a plus.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in the telecommunications or construction industry.
  • 1-3 years of scheduling experience preferred (supervisory, management or project level).

  • Detail-oriented work structure approach with ability to coordinate with cross-functional partners.
  • Quick learner: will be trained on internal project scheduling and project controls.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. The employee may be required to work in tight, confided spaces. The employee must demonstrate regular and on-time attendance. There could be a requirement of occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
