Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Talent and Acquisition Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various business units, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. This individual will partner closely with department leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to drive recruitment processes and enhance talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent gaps.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to the organization's goals and talent needs.
- Work closely with HR leadership to ensure that recruitment aligns with overall organizational strategy and culture.
- Sourcing & Recruiting
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, selection, and offer negotiations.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and present a shortlist to hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive, professional, and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and maintain consistent communication.
- Employer Branding
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitive salary benchmarks.
- Train and support hiring managers on interview techniques, assessment tools, and candidate selection strategies.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring diverse candidate pools and equitable opportunities.
- Monitor and report on DEI metrics to support the company’s diversity goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
- Utilize data insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve efficiency.
- Onboarding & Retention Support
- Ensure smooth and engaging onboarding processes for new hires.
- Work closely with HR and department heads to help improve employee retention by identifying potential challenges during the recruitment process and after hire.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR business partnering.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, from entry-level to executive positions.
- Experience in managing and improving recruitment processes and strategies.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, talent sourcing, and interviewing best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
