Our Hitachi office in Sofia is currently hiring for the position of Human Resources Support Analyst capable of working closely with our HR team.

Job Description

Human Resources Support Analyst will be managing the processes held within Human Resources such as the new joiner/leaver process, payroll support and the administration of all inbound queries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sorting and track all queries that come in from managers, employees, and recruitment candidates.
  • Support the new joiner on-boarding process by sending offer documentation, administering employee background checks, completing all setup actions, and sending joining instructions.
  • Complete accurate and timely people actions in our HR Information Systems.
  • Create amendment to contracts for current employees.
  • Ensuring that employee files are kept complete and up to date in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  • Track annual leave entitlements and report routinely.
  • Supporting the payroll administration including new joiner setup and ad-hoc monthly changes.
  • Communicate with the external payroll provider.
  • Coordinate exit arrangements for leavers.
  • Administer systems.
  • Manage the office needs and communicating with vendors and couriers.

  • Competent in the Microsoft Office suite particularly in Word and Excel

  • English language at proficiency level
  • German or French will be advantageous
