The Human Resources Strategy and Reporting role is a position that focuses on analyzing and interpreting HR data through the creation of reports and presentations that highlight trends, areas of focus, workforce insights, and performance metrics, ultimately aligning HR strategies with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and a strong communicator.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed reports on HR strategy, projects, risk, governance, and compliance issues for senior management.
- Generate materials that highlight the different activities or perspectives of the department to both internal and external stakeholders, with an understanding of the varying audiences / readers.
- Prepare presentation materials in a concise and structured manner to summarize the purpose, observations, and solutions for a broad range of topics, projects, and initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level communication pieces and presentations for senior management and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive reports for management, including visual dashboards, summarizing various HR metrics, data and KPIs.
- Actively monitor and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape and share insights through reporting and analysis.
Support various HR strategic initiatives from end to end, ensuring quality of work and proper communication among key stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control of and centrally manage and oversee the distribution of all HR communications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years with a consulting firm or 5+ years of professional experience. Experience in HR a plus.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
The expected base salary ranges from $125,000.00 - $175,000.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.#LI#LI-NR1
