The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Human Resources Intern to join our team for the Summer 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.
Supporting Entegris' Microcontamination Control (MC) division HR Field group with locations in MA and CA is a key responsibility of this role.
What You’ll Do:
• MC HR Projects (TBD)
• Assist with EE Relations/Investigations
• Gain real life HR experience, as part of the MC HR Team
• Support Engagement Activities including Driving Annual Survey Participation.
• Daily Administrative Tasks,
• New Hire I-9's
• Track EE Recognition Programs
• Job Requisition Processing
What We Seek:
• Currently studying HR/Business Administration

• Desire to learn, not just in the HR world, but learn more about the semiconductor industry
• Must have people skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Eligibility:
- Must be a currently enrolled student.
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May or June through mid-August or September
- Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in an internship program.
