Job description
The People Partner delivers proficient strategic and technical HR guidance to empower leaders and management teams to effectively oversee their workforce, drive organisational change, and achieve business objectives.
This is a one-year maternity leave coverage. You will work helping to drive business outcomes, strategies, addressing people challenges, and championing initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This role currently reports directly to the Chief People Experience Officer.
Responsibilities:

  • Act as a coach, partner and confidant to managers and leaders in the organisation on all things people-related, such as performance management, employee relations and resolution, and organisational development.
  • Engage on employee relations issues to provide context, create a plan in conjunction with peers, and keep managers apprised of the status as needed.
  • Learn legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Execute benefits administration, payroll support, and related operational duties through TriNet.
  • Partner with team members globally to ensure a vibrant and effective workplace.
  • Work hand in hand with our Operations team in setting up policies and programs globally, locally and that work within business units.
  • Provide insight on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Gather data to aid in trend analysis and gain insight to contribute to solutions, programs, and opportunities for learning.
  • Execute on company-wide talent programs, including performance and compensation reviews.


Qualifications

  • You have solid experience working in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role in a fast-growing and internal environment
  • You have deep knowledge of HR practices and regulations in the US. It would be helpful to have European experience.
  • You have experience managing leave of absence.
  • You have strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience using TriNet is a plus.
