We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and client companies to ensure HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable laws. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides day-to-day HR support to client companies, helping them navigate HR challenges.
- Provides guidance on HR compliance, employment laws, and best practices.
- Acts as a liaison between client companies and their employees, to address employee relations concerns, including workplace safety, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for client employees.
- Assist clients in understand employee benefits program options and enrollment processes.
- Provides guidance on HR record keeping best practices, including employee files, performance reviews, and other critical documentation.
- Support clients in creating a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, including training and compensation analysis.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years Human Resources experience, PEO experience preferred (not required)
- Fluent in English & Spanish
