Position Title:
Human Resources Generalist
Role Specific Duties:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a seamless employee experience.
- Administer employee benefits programs, answer inquiries, and manage related vendor relationships.
- Implement and support new employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and satisfaction.
- Support compliance review and reporting, including for Service Contract Act, Americans with Disability Act, Equal Employment Opportunity Act, and Veterans Hiring Initiatives
- Maintain HR records, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters and provide guidance to team members.
- Partner with leadership to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals and culture.
- Prepare reports and metrics to analyze HR trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-4 years in an HR Generalist or related role, with exposure to onboarding, benefits, and compensation.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to launch and sustain engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred but not required.
