Responsibilities  

• Maintaining HR Administration, ensure all guidelines, policies, employee files, and benefits enrollment are updated and compliant
• Providing recruitment and payroll support and other core HR functions
• Advising and guiding management, act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering guidance on challenging situations and ensuring compliance with HR best practices and legal requirements
• Leading HR projects, develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and compliance
• Supporting employees and collaborating with HR team, provide responsive support to employees, address their questions and concerns, foster workplace well-being, and work closely with the HR team to deliver impactful solutions and organize engaging employee events

Qualification/Experience  

• 5+ years of proven experience in HR as a generalist or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
• Solid knowledge of provincial labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Payroll experience (ADP) is an asset
