What are we looking for?
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with our business demands. By working closely with HR functions and departments, you will touch base on talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, learning and talent development, and HR operational excellence. Managing specific portfolios of business units/departments, you will serve as the primary contact point for fostering people advocacy, conducting regular catch-ups with key business leaders, and overseeing headcount planning, execution, and compliance. This role will be crucial in ensuring a harmonious work environment while driving efficiency in these areas within your appointed portfolios.
What are we expecting from this role?
Operating within your assigned business portfolios, the incumbent is expected to manage a broad spectrum of HR functions, focusing on the following key responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with key business leaders to identify and address business needs. Partner with the necessary HR functions (COEs) to develop or tailor HR initiatives that effectively meet those needs.
- Continuously monitor and seek feedback to improve HR initiatives and address business challenges.
- Work with relevant HR teams to lead headcount planning, collaborating with the business to forecast staffing requirements and support efficient workforce management.
- Implement headcount planning to ensure efficient resource allocation and alignment with business objectives.
- Support change initiatives by ensuring effective communication and facilitating seamless transitions.
- Cultivate a positive working culture aligned with our company values to enhance employee well-being and foster open communication channels and feedback mechanisms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to HR policies, practices, and compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, addressing their concerns, conflicts, and providing prompt support to maintain a positive working environment and address performance issues in partnership with managers.
- Leverage HR data, information, and analytics to monitor key metrics, engagement levels, retention rates, and eNPS. Provide valuable insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance HR practices.
- Conduct regular catch-ups and necessary meetings with key business leaders, managers, and employees to ensure timely identification and resolution of HR matters.
- Proactively engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective HR support.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR business partnering role, with additional years of experience in other HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, or workforce planning.
- Demonstrated industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
- Business acumen: Ability to understand and analyze business arguments, align HR strategies with company goals, and make data-driven decisions.
- Change management expertise: Ability to facilitate change initiatives, guide employees through transitions, and implement changes effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends and generate insights that support business decision-making.
- Strategic thinking capabilities: Ability to anticipate future HR needs and develop innovative solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
